THE ELKS LODGE OF VISTA NEWS   Vista Elks Statue This magnificent 9 foot tall statue greets all of our members and Guests as they enter our driveway. Mounted in the appropriate location per City of Vista regulations, with lights shining on it at night, this is the life size Elk that members are raving about and donating money towards. By the way, those members that do donate have their names engraved on a brass plaque which is mounted on the wall under the Elk for everyone to see. If you would like to contribute towards this project and have your name on the Plaque at the same time, send in your check marked Elk Statue to the office. Saturday Burgers & Beer All members, new and old. Our Lodge is in need of volunteer bartenders, burger cooks and servers for Saturdays. This activity has been in progress for a number of years and it has always been volunteer. Please, if you can spare 3 hours once in a while in the kitchen and perhaps 4-5 hours behind the bar, it would be greatly appreciated by everyone.
